This a 5-week class series to learn about the fundamentals of active breath. In this series we’ll learn about the breath: the physiology of breath, prana – the energy of breath, the vagal response and more.
Each session will build upon the previous week with learning and practicing a new breath technique, so that by week 5 you’ll have a complete breath practice that will be easy to do and incorporate in your daily life. Each session will end with a short meditation to harvest the benefits of the practice.
Scientific studies have shown that active breath can enhance a state of wellbeing and have an impactful effect on sleep issues, improving mental health, and increased relaxation.
Class will be Thursdays November 9th – December 14th from 4 PM – 4:50 PM.
